Drexel University's Washington, DC office was designed to strengthen the university's presence in the region while providing a functional and welcoming environment for students, faculty, alumni, and visitors. The interior fit-out transformed the space into a modern workplace featuring a reception and lounge, private offices, a touchdown center, conference room, and kitchen.
The project included high-quality finishes such as hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, carpet, and a suspended glass feature at the reception area, along with MEP modifications to support the university's operational needs. Completed within an occupied LEED Platinum building, the space reflects a thoughtful balance of functionality, collaboration, and contemporary design.
