CohnReznick's headquarters was reimagined to support a more collaborative, flexible workplace while creating an elevated experience for both employees and clients. Following the successful completion of the fourth floor renovation, the team was invited back to renovate the fifth floor, delivering a cohesive headquarters that reflects the firm's evolving workplace strategy.
The renovation transformed the reception area and elevator lobby, conference and training spaces, open workstations, private offices, huddle rooms, a game room, kitchen and café areas, and other employee support spaces. Floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, custom millwork, marble-inspired finishes, integrated video conferencing technology, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces create an open, welcoming environment that balances functionality with hospitality.
Construction of the second phase began just as the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, requiring the project team to quickly adapt while maintaining schedule and quality expectations. Despite unprecedented challenges, the headquarters was delivered on time, allowing CohnReznick to occupy its new space as planned.
