The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is a 54 room boutique hotel and hospitality destination set on four acres in Stevensville, Maryland. The project brought together guestrooms, dining, event spaces, and extensive outdoor amenities within a single waterfront property.
The first floor features a lobby, a 150 seat restaurant and bar, private dining, a gourmet market and café, conference and boardroom spaces, and a commercial kitchen with supporting back of house operations. More than 6,000 SF of event space includes a ballroom and private tented courtyard, a stone hearth boardroom, a climate controlled porch, and the 1,000 SF Tool Shed Bar. Guestrooms and suites occupy the upper floors, with select accommodations featuring fireplaces and other custom amenities.
Construction incorporated exposed timbers, stone, rustic wood flooring, custom millwork, specialty lighting, and regional materials throughout the property. Exterior improvements extended the guest experience into landscaped gardens, courtyards, fire pits, fountains, activity lawns, and greenhouses.
