Bernstein Management Corporation relocated and expanded its headquarters through a two-floor interior buildout at One Bethesda Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The project transformed the 11th and 12th floors into a modern workplace that supports collaboration, flexibility, and day to day operations.
The completed space includes private offices, conference rooms, open work areas, employee gathering spaces, IT and support areas, and upgraded elevator lobbies. The project also included extensive architectural finishes, custom millwork, glazing, and modifications to the building's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Completed within an occupied Class A office building, the work required careful coordination with property management, building vendors, and neighboring tenants to maintain normal operations throughout construction while delivering a seamless transition into Bernstein's new headquarters.
