The work included selective demolition, new architectural finishes, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to create a flexible, high-quality meeting environment designed to support tenants and visitors alike.
Construction was completed within an occupied office building, requiring detailed phasing, off-hours work, and close coordination with building management and a simultaneous tenant fit-out occurring on the same level. Maintaining egress, minimizing disruptions, and safely delivering the project within an active commercial environment were critical to its successful execution.
