The repositioning of 1101 Connecticut Avenue NW transformed the building's arrival experience through a comprehensive renovation of the lobby, restrooms, and elevator modernization. Designed to elevate both aesthetics and performance, the project introduced a refined material palette featuring book-matched Iranian travertine wall panels, Quebec granite, and a striking new entry canopy with custom integrated lighting.

Beyond the visual transformation, the renovation incorporated energy-efficient upgrades, including high-performance glass entry systems, creating a more welcoming, durable, and efficient front door for the property. Careful attention to craftsmanship and premium finishes resulted in a timeless lobby that reinforces the building's presence along Connecticut Avenue.
