Glenmont’s first new multifamily project in over 10 years

The newly delivered Atelier Apartments offer a premier living space ranging in size from studios to 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, paired with exceptional amenity spaces to call home. Located in Silver Spring, Maryland, the project is adjacent to the Glenmont Metro Station on the Red Line, part of the vast network of WMATA Metro. This valuable resource, along with Metro Bus services, provides immediate and direct access for professionals working in or around DC. Due to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) financing, this apartment complex can meet the budget of renters with a wide range of incomes.

The construction project consisted of high-end public space wood and metals millwork with various amenities. The four-story apartment buildings wrap around and connect to a five-story 112,29 sf precast parking garage, and the courtyards consist entirely of hardscape, pool, and micro-bio retention facilities.

CWC Project Team: Greg Harraka, Mike O’Quinn, Mohamed Sow, Joshua Postadan, Mark Jordan, Dan Dragos, Ted Thornton, and Ada Contreras.
