Building New Apartments on Metro’s Red Line

Buchanan Partners dug their shovels into the dirt at the Atelier Apartments project site in Silver Spring, Maryland

Groundbreaking Ceremony

Designed by Dwell Design Studio, and in a partnership with Buchanan Partners, the HUD-financed apartments officially broke ground. Once complete, the new Atelier Apartments will consist of a 254-unit luxury building adjacent to the WMATA Glenmont Metro Station (Red Line) in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Start of Precast Garage

We are excited to share the start of the precast garage. The 4-story apartment buildings will wrap around to connect to this 5-story precast parking garage, and we expect to deliver the project in 2020.
