Jim has over 43 years of experience in the commercial construction industry in the National Capitol Region and has been with CWC for the past 21 years. He has an extensive list of successful projects he has built across various sectors, with a primary focus on government facilities, including the DOD, NAVFAC, USACE, CIA, Pentagon, GSA, Smithsonian, US Customs, and USPS. Jim has also built projects for many public and private schools, recreation centers, libraries, aquatic complexes, and country clubs.

As a Construction Executive, Jim plays a key role in overseeing the initial planning and execution of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. He is critical in constructability analysis, proactively addressing potential challenges to optimize efficiency. His dedication and leadership ensure that the project planning and performance process runs smoothly from inception to completion. Jim is a certified LEED Accredited Professional and is an essential member of the CWC senior mentoring program. A lifelong athlete, Jim is an avid snow skier, competitive waterskier, and Tai Chi student. He also enjoys fine woodworking in his shop.
