    1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of DC, MD, VA who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    2. Entry Period: The raffle begins on 3/7/25 and ends on 3/10/25. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on 3/10/25 to be eligible.

    3. How to Enter: One entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

    4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected on 3/11/25. Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 day of selection. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.

    5. Prize: $250 gift card to the salon or spa on winner’s choice. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

    6. Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

    7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC), which are final. CWC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time.
