Coakley & Williams Construction was the General Contractor for the construction of a new Performing Arts and Athletic Center at The Washington International School. The 26,000 sf facility houses a 7,800 sf gymnasium and 18,200 sf of performing arts space and gym support. The building also includes multi-purpose classrooms and a photo lab.
