The Prince George’s County Special Operations Headquarters is a new ground-up facility located within the County's larger campus in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. It will serve as the administrative hub for the County’s Emergency Services Team, K-9 Trainers, Crash Team, Tactical Unit, and other Special Services departments. A large, attached garage will house most of the Special Operations emergency vehicles and will include an onsite repair service bay. The building is designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, featuring sustainable elements such as a solar-paneled roof, bioretention ponds, electric vehicle charging stations, and low-flow plumbing fixtures. The project is expected to be completed by Spring 2025.

WarrenBuildsMaryland, a joint venture between WarrenBuilds and Coakley & Williams Construction, is building this project.
