1201 Pennsylvania Avenue is a 13-story Class “A” office building located four blocks east of the White House. Within proximity to the Metro Center, the Verizon Center, the Willard Hotel & Office, and the JW Marriott, the building offers an ideal office location within Washington’s East End Business District. Office tenants include many of Washington’s most prestigious law firms. The lobby was demolished to make way for a new two-story modern lobby with pedestrian bridges. A tenant area in the lower level was also demolished to make space for a large conference center with modernized, high-tech capabilities. The building remained occupied throughout the renovation.
