In the News: Montgomery County's Life Sciences Demand
In an article by The Washington Post, they wrote, “In Montgomery County’s biotech corridor along Interstate 270, multiple companies have pivoted to work on possible vaccines and cures, and to expand testing.“
Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) was awarded the interior construction of the Supernus Pharmaceuticals laboratory and office space as the general contractor. We worked with DNC Architects on the design and with CFR Engineering for MEP coordination. In addition to Supernus Pharmaceuticals, CWC worked on the 700 Quince Orchard Road life sciences building in the City of Gaithersburg.
CWC is proud to be a trusted general contractor for Montgomery County’s life sciences construction projects.
