Landon School Tops Out In Bethesda, MD
Boehly Upper School Tops Out At Landon School
Our Landon School project team recently celebrated the topping-out milestone of the new Boehly Upper School building. Landon students, faculty, and staff had the opportunity to sign the final steel beam before it was placed on the structure.
CWC Project Manager Eddie Rupp, who graduated from Landon in ‘07, spoke excitedly about the milestone: “As a Landon School Alum, it is great to be back on campus and have the opportunity to give back to the school through this construction project. It was great to see the students, faculty, and staff sign the beam with smiles on their faces.”
About Boehly Upper School At Landon School
The building is named after Landon School alumnus Todd Boehly ‘91, CEO of Eldridge Industries and co-owner and chairman of Premier League football club Chelsea. The new building is part of the school’s extensive campus master plan, which, so far, has involved reconfiguring the school’s entrance road and moving the historic Andrews House. The project also involves renovating multiple buildings to repurpose them for the school’s needs.
We are proud to work alongside CGS Architects (Architect) and Capital Projects Management Firm (Owner’s Rep) on this unique project.
