Jonathan Fuentes Elected Founders Award Winner by CWC Colleagues
We are pleased to recognize Project Manager Jonathan Fuentes with the CWC Founders Award. The CWC Founders Award honors employees who consistently go above and beyond the day-to-day expectations and deliver exceptional performance on the job, amongst their peers, and in the community.
An Immediate Impact
Jonathan joined CWC in 2022 and has already made significant contributions to the company’s success. He enthusiastically embraced the West Falls Hotel project and played a vital role in guiding the team through a successful buyout process. More recently, he led the Our Lady of Good Counsel High School renovation project and steered it to a successful completion.
Business Unit Leader & Partner Baboucarr Cham praised Jonathan for his work ethic and dedication to the team: “Jonathan’s versatility shines through as a dedicated team player. He willingly takes on various roles within different teams, consistently stepping up to the plate.” Jonathan’s colleagues had similar perspectives in their nominations:
“His extensive knowledge and skill set make him a sought-after resource, with colleagues frequently seeking support and guidance.”
“Jonathan is a leader, mentor, and a very patient individual. He is very knowledgeable and always is willing to help and mentor others.”
“His actions of helping others and always lending a hand wherever help is needed contributes to the success and growth of CWC.”
Supporting CWC’s Public Sector
Jonathan will continue to work under Baboucarr to deliver exceptional projects in our Public business unit. He will lead the recently awarded Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) project. We have no doubt that his leadership and guidance will be instrumental in the success of that project. Congratulations to Jonathan for winning this award!
