The intricate design of the library, while beautiful, made for a challenging construction project due to the tight building footprint and serious site topography (40’ grade change), the use of exposed concrete, a custom curtain wall system and multiple multi-story glass atriums among other things. The Coakley & Williams team managed their subcontractors and protégé successfully in delivering the project and made these challenges seem routine in their execution. Thank you again for making the William O. Lockridge / Bellevue Library a success. JAIR LYNCH Development Partners looks forward to working with Coakley & Williams Construction in the future.
