Jacob Zalewski Promoted to Project Manager
We are extremely proud to announce a promotion within our operations team. This individual exhibits Coakley & Williams Construction’s Build Mindset, that every action we take contributes to building something.
Jacob Zalewski, Project Manager
Jacob joined CWC in 2018 after being recruited from Virginia Tech during a career fair. He started as a Project Engineer on our Potomac School project team and was promoted to Assistant Project Manager in 2020. Jacob has really taken to the execution side of construction and jumped in with both feet at the Potomac School. He is now on our Design/Build NIH Parking Garage project, and he has rolled up his sleeves and dug into the RFP requirements to better understand our risk and performance requirements and schedule demands as a design-builder. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2022.
Jacob helped build The Potomac School Spangler Center, which delivered in 2020.
“Jacob is an extremely detailed and dedicated employee who understands both the technical aspects of his projects and how to coordinate and resolve issues in the field. We look forward to his further development as a Project Manager and beyond,” said his coach & manager, Project Executive Blake Clancy.
