About the Project

CWC has partnered with the Georgetown Day School (GDS) in Washington, DC for preconstruction services on a proposed conceptual expansion and renovation of its existing High School. The project could include a new façade and add more than 25,000 sf across three floors.

Creating Better Learning Spaces

The conceptual project is exploring many options, including expanding the existing ground floor Forum space, a new student success center, new gathering spaces, a new security vestibule, HVAC upgrades, renovated classrooms, restrooms, and corridors. If the project comes to fruition, it will pursue LEED certification. CWC is proud to be teaming with GDS, Greenbench, and DLR Group I Bowie Gridley on this exciting opportunity.
