Business Unit Leader
Baboucarr joined CWC in 2003 as an intern and has advanced to become a Partner and CWC’s Public Business Unit leader. Serving the DoD & federal community, state, local, and city governments, his team builds schools, recreation centers, libraries, shelters, and more in the DMV. The Public Business Unit is strategic in the types of projects they build to ensure maximum impact in the communities we serve.
Heavily involved in industry associations, Baboucarr currently serves on the Executive Council for DCBIA and also serves as the Co-Chair of the Construction and Development Committee. Additionally, Baboucarr serves on the Building & Grounds Committee for Butler Montessori School in Darnestown, Maryland. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Shepherd University, a Master of Construction Management from The Catholic University of America, and an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University.
