Calvert Street Parking Garage

Coakley & Williams’ development of the original design package has transformed the State’s vision for this project into a functional product of the highest quality while successfully maintaining the aesthetic character demanded by the project’s “many clients.” Equally important, the building was delivered to the State on time and within budget. Coakley & Williams’ diligence in every aspect of the execution of this project stands as a testament for this project - delivery method and has resulted in a facility which we can all be proud of.

CWC was required to get this project design and constructed within an 18-month performance period. This extremely tight schedule was required to meet critical parking requirements for the Maryland State Legislative Community. CWC personnel, from the preconstruction manager to the superintendents to the project manager to the project executive, evaluated each challenge, carefully evaluated solutions to each challenge, and then solved each challenge on the way to the successful completion of this important project.
